  • Submit guest card interest/app online via website. Once app is received, we will process the screening of the applicants and all parties involved for eligibility. Once approved and qualifying method is established, the lease is issued for signature. Once the lease has been signed by all parties and counter signed by property, the lease becomes binding.

  • Yes!

  • Yes, however they must access the portal through the primaries login to do so

  • Through the Resident portal via credit card, debit card, bank ACH payment or through MoneyGram services

  • No – all parking is facilitated through Youngstown State University. We have no parking on-site

  • We are about a 2 min walk to campus 

    Public transport has a pick up and drop off location in the heart of our property between buildings 1 and 3 

  • 24/7 access to our club house and gym.

  • Maintenance request can be submitted through the Resident Portal

  • Call the leasing office and follow the prompts to report a maintenance emergency if it is after hours. During office hours, please contact the leasing office directly

  • Yes!

    Number of Pets: A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed

    Restricted Breeds: Certain dog breeds (and any mix of these breeds) are prohibited, including Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chow, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids
